ISA TEST DAY

Saturday 21 September 2019

12.15 pm – 1.30pm

 

All completed Test Application Forms together with the appropriate fee can be placed in the ACTISA rink mailbox OR scanned and emailed with bank transfer notification to actisa.test@gmail.com by:

8.00 pm Friday 6th Sept 2019

(All applications are processed on a first come basis and dependent on Judges’ availability. Please get applications in as soon as possible)

 

No late applications will be accepted

 

Please note: forms must be signed by each relevant coach and if applicable, a Proof of Age Form completed and brought along on the test day with associated documents.

 

All skaters must have on hand at the testing a backup copy of their music on USB
