ACTISA AGM Saturday 11 April 2026

Dear ACTISA Members,

This is your reminder that the ACTISA AGM will be held on Saturday, 11 April 2026 at 1pm at the Phillip Swimming and Ice Skating Centre in Phillip, ACT.

At the moment, we have only 10 voting members indicating they will attend, out of a total membership of 54. For those who have sent their apologies, we thank you and these have been noted. This achieves a minimum quorum but with no buffer for last minute unavailability for the business of the AGM to be conducted. This is disappointing and indicates that offering complementary membership is unnecessary. The AGM is your chance to support and vote on the future of ACTISA. We cannot run without the involvement of all of our members. If you joined or renewed by 4 April, and are over 18 or have taken up the complementary parent/guardian membership, you are eligible to vote.
