2025 ACTISA AGM

Dear ACTISA members,

The upcoming Annual General Meeting (which will include an Extraordinary General Meeting and General Meeting) will be important to pass several important constitutional changes.

A critical part of this year’s AGM will be the proposed changes to the constitution. These changes include adjustments to roles on committee and council, voting eligibility for members and general streamlining of administration. A full list of changes is attached.

There are several positions open on the council and committee. There is a brief description of the roles within the 2025 AGM Notice. If you’re interested in nominating for one of the roles, please complete one of the nomination forms and send it through to ACTISA.main@gmail.com by 12pm on the 3rd of May.

Importantly, if you have any agenda items that you wish to raise (such as questions, suggestions or requests) please also email ACTISA.main@gmail.com before 5pm on the 5th of May.
